Here’s another reason to give thanks that it’s Friday.

The natural and raw product is a rich source of OMEGA-3 with its blend of organic hemp, pumpkin, chia, milled flax seeds and spice. There are 5 flavor varieties that include both savory and sweet flavors.

The seed blends are naturally gluten free and made in a gluten-free facility. The product has been tested for gluten and tested at zero on a less than 5 ppm scale through Warren Analytical Laboratory in Colorado.

“Teaching yoga helped me to see everything from a place of mindful awareness – what we put into our bodies closely relates to how we feel,” she said.

As for Anne-Elise herself, she choses to eat gluten free.

“Anything I eat that isn’t gluten free has to be non-GMO and organic, otherwise I don’t eat it. I just feel better when I eat this way,” she said.

Anne-Elise has had lots of positive feedback from the gluten free and celiac disease community.
